Our delivery service is fast and reliable.
All of our products are prepared and shipped at our main warehouse in Bolzano, Italy. This ensures maximum stock availability and the most efficient service for our customers. Orders are prepared by our warehouse from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders made after 5 p.m. Friday will be prepared for the following Monday. Please be advised that approximately 1 business day from the time that the order is confirmed will be required for parcel preparation.
If necessary, we will split shipments into different parcels at no additional cost to the customer.
Orders made by new users may, in exceptional circumstances, have a slightly longer shipping time should checks on the order be necessary.
The shipping company will deliver the goods within 3-4 business days from the moment of shipment.
Shipping is paid for by the customer, except for promotional and limited periods in which we offer the service free of charge.
The correct amount of the shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart before payment. Shipping costs will be charged with the cost of your order at payment.
No amount will be payable to the carrier when your package is delivered.

Inside the European Union there are no additional costs or duties on products sold in countries inside the European Union. Customers are not required to pay anything on delivery.
